CANCELLATION POLICY:

If your plans change, you can cancel the booking any time up to 24 hours
before arrival by sending an email directly to the Aloha Hostel at
friends@aloha.fr.

Please include all your booking details in the cancellation email, and keep
the email which you have sent to the hostel for at least seven days after
the date of the booking as proof of your cancellation.  If you do not
cancel, the hostel has the right to charge your credit card for the first
night of the booking.

PAYMENT:

GOMIO.COM does not collect any money for the hostel. With the booking
process your credit card was charged with a booking fee. The charge is made
in Euro, no matter what currency is used in the Country in which you have
booked. This booking fee is non refundable. The total price for your stay
is due on arrival at the hostel. Payment Terms & Conditions of the
respective hostel may apply. Please note that many hostels do not accept
credit cards.

RESPONSIBILITY:

GOMIO.COM is the portal of the European Hostel Co-operation, Ltd. (EHC). We
provide confirmed reservations in member hostels all over Europe. However,
the EHC does not run the hostels and can thus not take any responsibilities
